REFUND POLICY

This is the refund policy (“Refund Policy”) of the Sustainable School Shop Pty Ltd (ACN 114 136 211)("Sustainable School Shop").

Sustainable School Shop's Operations Manager will consider all refund requests in accordance with state legislation and Australian consumer law. The Operation Manager's decision will be final.

Only current financial members of the Sustainable School Shop are eligible to receive a refund. The Sustainable School Shop will use best endeavours to process all refund requests within 7 days.

Sustainable School Shop does not provide refunds for Postal Insurance.
