REFUND POLICY

This is the refund policy (“Refund Policy”) of the Sustainable School Shop Pty Ltd (ACN 114 136 211)("Sustainable School Shop").

All fees are non-refundable except in circumstances where the member can demonstrate to the Sustainable School Shop Operations Manager reasonable grounds for a refund of their membership fee. All refunds are at the discretion of the Operations Manager.

Only current financial members of the Sustainable School Shop are eligible to receive a refund. The Sustainable School Shop will use best endeavours to process all refund requests within 7 days.
